What currency is the pricing?
If you are located in the US, all pricing is listed in USD. If you are located in Canada, all pricing is listed in CAD but will be converted to USD at final checkout. If you are located outside of North America, please visit our store locator to find a dealer near you: ASHBURY STORE LOCATOR


Where are your headquarters?
Our head office is located in Squamish, Canada, half way between Vancouver and Whistler.


What year did Ashbury start?
We started in 2007.


What is the warranty policy?
1 year from the date of purchase.  User error, impact and abrasion related claims are not covered under our limited warranty.


I have a warranty related issue. What is the process of getting a replacement?
Please reach out to us through our contact page us and be sure to include:
1. A photo of the warranty issue.
2. A brief description of the issue and how it was caused.
3. Where you purchased the goggles as well as proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
4. Your name, shipping address and phone number.

***Please note, claims that do not include all 4 of the above pieces of information will be denied. Ashbury products come with a 6 month limited warranty against materials and craftsmanship.  Cracked, broken or lost components are not covered under this warranty. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear and it is up to Ashbury’s discretion to determine if the product is covered under warranty.  If Ashbury determines that the product is covered, it will replace it at no cost.


The goggles don’t look the same as on your website as they do in person. Why is that?
Computer monitors vary in how they display colours. Additionally, lighting during our photo shoots may mildly affect how the colour displays. We do our best to display colours accurately.  Ashbury reserves the right to make incremental changes to the look of the product from the photos shown.

Where does the product ship from?
All shipments leave from our warehouse in Canada. Shipments outside Canada may be subject to delays at Customs and are subject to Customs fees when delivered. Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the Tax-free threshold for goods imported into the destination country. The customer is responsible for any and all Customs and Brokerage Fees.  In the event that the Customs and Brokerage Fees are NOT paid for by the customer, the package will be considered abandoned and the customer will forfeit any possibility of a refund.


I ordered from your online store and I need to make a return.  What do I do?
Email us on our contact page and provide the order number as well as the reason for the return and one of our customer care staff will get back to you with instructions. Please note: You have 30 days from the day it's received to return your item. Product must be un-used and in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping and re-shipping of a new item (if applicable) is at the expense of the customer.
