While passing through downtown Los Angeles on business, Nima, Big Mountain, and I decided to visit the Elm dudes in their new office.

It’s always funny to watch a friend when they don’t know you’re there. Here we are watching Alex while trying to ring them to get in.

They had the not too new Vapors there. I’m only telling you this because it’s the sneaker issue and a lot of my friends who I grew up with since I was little design shoes.

The Brubakers. If our group were the mafia, Brandon would be the Godfather. He is now the Design Director for Converse Skate. And Big Mountain Mike recently interviewed Josh on here. He is Supra’s shoe designer.

Quince Ruark and Sampy are roommates. We met Quince at recess, he designs shoes for Vans. Sampy works with Brandon Brubaker designing shoes as well.

Also in the area is ODYN VOVK’s Austin, so we visited him as well. While at Elm you’ll see hats, if you come to the Ashbury Emporium you’ll find sunglasses, at ODYN VOVK you’ll find alligators.

Or Wild Boars. There are tons of dead animals there to be honest.
