    u may use windows conection wizard to create a VPN. the other end will be a server side for VPN and.. its connection will b created to Accept incoming connections. and your end will be dialer side (use same new connection wizard) to create that VPN connection. u just need to know the IP of the VPN server. and then dial through ur connection. it will ask u for username / passsword on that VPN server.

    unless your school offers a Virtual Private Network service, you got nothin. I never heard of a competent engineer to allow such a service and offer to students, but there is always a first i guess. Ask the Admin and/or Engineer at school for the required software and pathway to connect.
